Follow the yellow arrows to get there and find parking. The entrance to the sale will be through the back of the house. * 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: Ample parking is available. Please follow on-site parking directions. All parking will be in dirt/grassy areas. * 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩: Bring assistance to carry larger items. All sales are final; no holds. All items must be removed by 2:00 pm on Sunday, 2/9, with no exceptions. * 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card accepted. Non-cash transactions will incur a fee. No personal checks. * "𝐀𝐬 𝐈𝐬" 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬: All items are sold "as is" with no returns, refunds, or guarantees. They have not been tested. Please inspect carefully before purchasing. * 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲: You are entering the property at your own risk.
