Mishler Auction Service Bid Terms:
Upon registration, bidder accepts terms of this auction.

1. Registration required with valid credit card. 10% buyers Premium.

2. Before you bid, know that items are required to be removed from the Auction Location on the designated pickup day/time. Items not picked up on designated pickup day will be charged on your credit and are subject to be considered abandoned. **If you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from picking up your items and request that they be held for pickup at a later date, a $10 handling fee will be charged.

3. Deposit: Bidder agrees to provide a valid credit card upon registration. Bidder expressly authorizes Auctioneer to charge any provided credit card with a one ($1.00) dollar refundable deposit prior to approving any bid. Auctioneer may release this deposit as they see fit.

4. This online-only auction will begin to close at 5PM on Tuesday, February 18th. Lots will close approximately every 30 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for one minute after the latest bid.

5. Credit card will be charged a $20 fee if your CC is declined.*** Please be sure to go into your buyer settings and delete any expired cards or cards that you do not wish to use, prior to registration. Update all addresses as billing addresses on file must match your credit card to process.

5a. The auction company reserves the right to request a wire transfer for items sold. This is especially enforced with new accounts (under 90 days) and for bidders with low HiBid scores. This is for fraud protection.

6. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any "miscued" bids by bidder. IE: Decimal in the in wrong place, you bid on the wrong thing, etc.

7. All sales are final. Mishler Auction Service has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold "as-is" and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Please inspect items on the preview day. You may call if you have any questions not covered in our descriptions or pictures. We welcome you to call if you are not able to make it to preview for your own viewing. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. Absolutely NO refunds/chargebacks will be offered.

8. By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction.

9. The auction company reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person.

10. Some or all items are sold with reserve: some or all items that are sold through this site are sold with reserve, regardless of whether "with reserve" is stated on the item. Auctioneer reserve the right to accept or reject the high bid at all times.

11. SHIPPING INFORMATION: There is no need to notify us if you need shipping, unless you live in PA. Lots that have not been picked up by the close of pickup will be charged to the HiBid credit card on file. We typically ship from UPS/USPS within one week from pickup at which point we will charge your HiBid credit card for the shipping charges as well as the $10 handling fee. Please look for an email from PirateShip for tracking information. We will not be taking payment over the phone. If your card is declined, we reserve the right to resell the item(s).

12. COIN/CURRENCY PAYMENT DEADLINE. Payment for Products shall be immediately due and payable upon the conclusion of said Products' Auction listing and presentment of an invoice. Mishler Auction Service reserves the right to cancel an invoice if payment in full is not received within seven (7) days after Auction close. In cases of nonpayment, MAS's election to cancel a sale does not relieve the successful Bidder from their obligation to pay MAS its fees (buyer's premium) on the Product listing and any other damages pertaining to Bidder's failure to tender payment. If payment is not received by MAS within thirty (30) days of the winning bid, MAS may resell the items, applying any net proceeds to the amount(s) owed by the Bidder.

a. Credit/Debit Cards: Credit/debit cards are only accepted for the payment of a given invoice (for Product's purchase price, buyer's premium, and shipping & handling) totaling a maximum of two thousand four hundred dollars ($2,400.00). Credit/debit cards are not accepted for orders/invoices over two thousand four hundred dollars ($2,400.00) unless prior credit history with Mishler Auction Service. Subject to the aforementioned caveats, payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover) will incur a surcharge of three percent (3%). Said fee is subject to change without prior notice. This fee only applies to credit transactions and does not include Mishler Auction's cost of processing. Payments via cash, wire transfer and Cashier's Check will not incur this surcharge but may be subject to Bidder fees assessed by the utilized service provider.

c. Cashier's Checks: Cashier's Check made payable to "Mishler Auction Service" and delivered to 166 Old Ridge Rd, Hollsopple, PA 15935 within seven (7) days of the auction concluding.

d. BUYER'S PREMIUM. All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the successfully placed bid. For currency, coins, tokens, notes and precious metals, the Buyer's Premium shall be ten percent (10%).

e. UNPAID BALANCE AND DISHONORED PAYMENTS. If any Auction invoice submitted by Mishler Auction Service to Bidder is not paid in full when due, the Bidder has three (3) business days to contact and make arrangements with Mishler Auction Service for payment within seven (7) days of auction close date. If Mishler Auction Service refers any invoice to an attorney or third-party for collection, Bidder agrees to pay MAS's reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, and other collection costs incurred by Mishler Auction Service.

f. In the event the Bidder fails to pay any amounts due, Bidder authorizes Mishler Auction Service to charge the Bidder's credit card on file with MAS in the amount required to pay the invoice in full or sell the Product(s) securing the invoice to any underbidders in the Auction that the Product(s) appeared, or at subsequent sale, or relist the Product(s) in a future Auction listing by MAS. If the charge is declined, this will result in the Bidder receiving a negative review for non-payment in HiBid and being declined for future bidding with Mishler Auction Service through HiBid. A defaulting Bidder agrees that all items may be resold by MAS thirty (30) days after the invoice date, and agrees to pay for the reasonable costs for resale (including, but not limited to, a 10% seller's commission, if consigned to an Auction conducted by MAS). The defaulting Bidder is liable to pay any difference between the total original invoice for the Product(s) and the new selling price, if lesser amount.


Everything must be picked up on schedule pickup day. Please bring the boxes, packing materials, tools, and any help you may need to remove your items. If you do not pick up your items on the specified date, the credit card you have on file will be charged for the items plus a $10 handling fee.

Pickup will be from 2-6PM on Wednesday, February 19th.
