Auction Terms & Conditions

The first item is scheduled to close at 6:00 PM CST on February 18th. Items will close every twenty seconds after that unless the auto extend feature kicks in.

A valid credit card will be required to register for our auctions. To protect the integrity of the auction for everyone, you will need to submit a valid credit card. We may run a $1.00 temporary authorization on your credit card. This authorization will be returned within 10 business days, depending on your bank

For this auction, your card on file will be charged immediately after the auction closes. If you wish to pay cash, please call us ahead of time to arrange a different payment. You may also note the alternative payment when you register in the "Notes to Auctioneer" field. If an alternative payment is approved, you must pay at the scheduled pick up time (usually the next day). If alternative payment or arrangements are not made by the end of the scheduled pick up time, we will charge your card on file for the balance.

If your payment is declined for any reason, your invoice may be subject to a declined card fee of $5.00.

Please note: By registering and bidding, you are agreeing that you fully intend to pay for and pick up any items/lots you win, on the provided pick-up day(s) and times. Unpaid invoices will result in your account being permanently blocked from our website and status automatically shared with other hibid auction websites.

- You will be charged a 15% Buyers Service Fee on your winning bids.
- Wisconsin - Brown County 5.5% sales tax applies to all invoices unless a valid Tax Exemption form is placed on file with our office PRIOR TO BIDDING.

Descriptions are provided by the seller. We may edit descriptions for obvious inaccuracies, but ultimately it is the bidder's responsibility to judge accuracy or genuineness of any item descriptions and bid accordingly. We STRONGLY suggest in person inspections prior to bidding

Lots will begin closing at the stated closing time and will close at a rate of one every 20 seconds.

This auction features an auto bid extend. Auction end times: Titletown Auction Company online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified times. Titletown Auction Company online auctions also have an auto extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of bidding the auction bidding will automatically be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid was placed. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 2 minute time frame.

You are bidding on the described item, not the photography. On rare occasion, the incorrect photo may be displayed. Always read the title and description

All items left behind after the specific date(s) will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited. Abandoned and forfeited items may be resold to satisfy storage fees. If you cannot pick up your item(s) during the scheduled date(s) and times, please call to make arrangements PRIOR to the scheduled pick up date.

If you would like your items shipped, please contact us to make arrangements PRIOR to the scheduled pick up date. Non-fragile items (determined at our discretion) that weigh under 5lbs can be shipped to the address associated with your credit card. We do not ship to addresses outside of the United States. Shipping and Handling fees will be charged to your card on file and will appear as a separate charge.

Titletown Auction Company does not test items for genuineness. All descriptions are believed true, inspections are encouraged during our preview day. If no preview is available the bidder agrees to bid accordingly.

* Bidder inspection is encouraged if preview is available.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* Titletown Auction Company reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
* Buyer's service fee of 15% will be charged on your pretax total.
* Wisconsin / Brown County 5.5% sales tax will apply to purchases including buyer's fee.
* In the event of failure of the online bidding system or other technical failure, Titletown Auction Company reserves the right to pause, cancel, extend and/or reopen the auction.

The bidder contract entered into between the bidder who name is registered to this account and Titletown Auction Company. Bidder and auctioneers agree that the terms listed below shall govern this auction.
1. Full invoice payment shall be made before any items leave the premises.
2. Terms of auction: Unless auction is announced as absolute the auctioneer/auction firm has the right to reject any and all bids. The auctioneers/auction firm further has the right to bid on behalf of the buyer, the seller, or on their own behalf. Auctioneer/auction firm reserves the right to divide any lot, to combine any two or more lots, or withdraw any lot or lots from the auction. Payment for purchases must be made according to terms of each particular auction. A Buyer's fee will be added to bid price to arrive at the sale price. Bidder agrees not to pursue chargebacks on any credit card payments.
3. NO WARRANTY: The descriptions of items in this auction are believed to be correct. Never the less, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by Owner, its Officers, Agents or Employees of auctions concerning any item shall be constructed as a warranty, either express or implied. ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS - WHERE IS. I, the buyer, have examined this merchandise and accept it the way it is.
4. SETTLEMENT: Must be made at the conclusion of the auction pick-up times. Nothing is to be removed until settled for. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at time of purchase, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. Owner and Auctioneers agree that merchandise may remain on the auction premises for a period of time following the auction. The date by which all merchandise must be removed from the premises will be announced by Auctioneer.
5. RESALE: Auctioneers reserve the right to resell any property not paid for in full on auction day. The Buyer shall be responsible to Auctioneers for any expenses of resale and collection and damages resulting from the resale.
6. INJURY & DAMAGE: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by Bidder or his Agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneers, Owners, its Officers, or Employees harmless for any personal injury to himself or his Agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises. Bidder agrees to consume any food products purchased at their own risk and to hold auction company harmless whether food products are past date or inside the marked date.
