We are helping our friends downsize and clear out this house. (Yes, I am still retired) Please stay in the large down stairs area provided for the sale and DO NOT bother the tenants at the house or the casita. THIS IS A CASH ONLY SALE!!!! While it is mostly a dude sale with machinery, power tools, hand tools, contractor supplies and over 20 years of accumulation of hoards of GREAT stuff.... we also have a lady friend who consigned a HUGE load of Costume Jewelry that she is blowing out for $1.00 & $4.00!!! Bring your wife/girlfriend!!! Sorry but the contractor doing some work for the landlord bought a bunch of machinery and I marked sold so you didn't drive all the way out to De Luz if that was what you were coming for! He spent over $3,000 so sorry but not pre-selling small tools and other items! |
