was in home less than 11 months, almost everything is that new! Client
also worked at a Luxury Car Dealership and is selling his tires/wheels
inventory. We listed what we could below. **Parking
is not allowed in the community, please follow our directional signs to
allotted parking area, just around the corner from the home. When you
need to load, please request a LOADING PASS from the cashier upon
checkout. This will be needed to hand to the parking attendant. **Please
remove your shoes once you enter the home. We will have a chair to sit
if needed, and a place where we will watch your shoes. Thanks so much

is 3 stories! You will enter through garage, remove your shoes, and
head up to main floor, Remember to find second staircase to lead you to
the top floor! The checkout will be back in the garage, after you've
reclaimed your shoes. :)
