Listing Terms and Conditions
BIDDING AND PAYMENT
All bidders must register payment information before bidding. A 15% buyer premium and Virginia State Sales Tax will be added to all final bids. When you place a bid, you are agreeing to purchase that item if you are the top bidder at the end of the auction. Most Lots are offered “as a Lot for one money”. If 10 items are being offered “as a Lot”, and $2 was the winning bid, the price bid is $2 for all 10 items. A small number of lots are offered “by the piece times the money” where the bid amount is multiplied by the quantity or number of items in the lot. For example, you will see “x 2” where “2” is the quantity in the “by the piece times the money” lot. A $1. bid x 10 Pieces = $10. total bid. Likewise, a $2 bid on a lot with 2 pieces will result in a $4. total bid. A small number of items may include a reserve. Seller or seller’s representative may occasionally bid up to the reserve amount on select lots. At the conclusion of the auction, your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the entire amount of your purchase, including applicable state and local taxes and buyer’s premium. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
