BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. For example, if you win the bid on an item at $100.00 your final bill will be $110.00.

PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard , Discover, American Express & Cash. All credit cards will be charged immediately after the closing of the auction. If you want to pay cash for your items at pickup please state so in the "Notes to the Auctioneer" section in the registration process or email office@theruckmangroup.com. If your items are not paid for and picked up on Saturday March 15th 10am-1pm your items will be forfeited and will become the property of The Ruckman Group Auctions & Appraisals. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING PERSONAL CHECKS FOR ANY REASON

STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm EST at the rate of 2 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.

LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at the specified location on their invoice. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick up arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all items. Please bring your own packing materials, moving equipment, manpower and tools.

SHIPPING: We will be shipping on select items for this auction through Pakmail in Mt. Vernon. Shipping is at your expense. By agreeing to these terms you understand that Pakmail is a third party shipping company and that The Ruckman Group Auctions & Appraisals is not held liable for shipping costs or loss or damage of items in shipping. Unpaid shipping invoices over two weeks old will be considered abondond items and will become property of the auction company with no refunds given. Local pick-up in Mt. Vernon is offered in scheduled dates above.

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly.

CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.

CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, or the image may not always accurately represent the color of an item, always read the item description.

CHOOSE WISELY: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly.

The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction; split or combine lots; add minimum bids or reserve prices. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. The auctioneer reserves the right to decline, suspened or otherwise put bids into a pending status until futher communication is established with the bidder if deemed to be in the best interest for our client (the seller).
