This is a sealed bid sale only. The submission period of sealed bid offers for this sale will close on March 24, 2025 at 5:00 pm. Be sure to submit your highest and best bid. The assets will be sold to the highest and/or the best bid/bidder, and the seller (secured creditor) reserves the right to accept the highest and/or best offer, and/or reject any and all bids, based on their sole discretion. Upon acknowledgment of being chosen as the winning bidder, the bidder shall be the winning bidder and shall immediately thereafter fill out and sign Purchaser’s Agreement and pay the invoice in full within 5 days following official acceptance of the high bid, under the terms of this Agreement.
