Time for another Hill Auction. This one will finish up the personal property so can sell the Real Estate on next auction. Selling furniture, glassware, kitchen items, books, tools, piano, china hutches, Pfaltzgraff and antiques & collectibles. LOTS of new items that are still in their original boxes/packaging.

Drawer has tablet and more-included in this lot. Matches the furniture selling in lots 159, 160 & 161. 2 Statue Green colored "nude" statue. Statue stands 18 1/2 inches tall. Do not know what material she is made of but is solid and heavy. Do not know what she represents. Not seeing any damage to her. The "green" is a darker color than picture shows. 3 W Germany Cuckoo Clock "Emil Schmeckenbecher" wood cuckoo clock. This cuckoo clock is in original shipping box. Does not look like has ever been taken out of the box. Has the weights and the top piece that needs to be attached when you get it out of the box. Has some supplies but remember it does need glue and put back together 102 Hallway Hooks & Candle Have a nice box of Silver plate spoons, hallway hangers of brass and ivory, and some nice votive candle. Even has some matches to light them with. 103 Towels & Clocks LIdless tote full of blue towels and two nice quartz clocks from Sunset Time- made in USA 104 Stainless & Stoneware Have two nice stainless pans- one for boiling your baby things the other one is a nice pan to cook in. Nice big stone like ceramic bowl made by "Cecil W" 105 5 Pc Lint Remover Sets 2 boxes with unopened 5 piece lint remover sets. This is back when they made them big & heavy.
