STAGGERED ONLINE BIDDING ENDS: Wednesday, March 26th 2:00 PM MT

ENTIRE CONTENTS NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE STORAGE SITE AND THE UNIT BROOM SWEPT WHEN COMPLETED.

PAYMENT DEADLINE: Thursday, March 27th by 2:00PM MT

MEETING WITH CONTACT ON SITE: Thursday, March 27th by 5:00PM MT (by appointment) to submit good faith $500.00 cash deposit and obtain access information. The invoice needs to be paid prior to that time period.

REMOVAL DEADLINE: Sunday, March 30th, 2025 by 4:00PM MT. Removal to be completed during normal business hours.

The good faith cash deposit will be returned by Radcliff Storage if the contents from the 10X20 storage unit are removed in full and the unit is broom swept no later than Sunday, March 30th, 2025 by 4:00 PM MT.

PAYMENT ON STORAGE UNIT PURCHASE:
CASH, CREDIT CARD UTILIZED DURING REGISTRATION , WIRE TRANSFER, CERTIFIED/ PREAPPROVED CHECK .

PAYMENT: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) or cash at 1501 W Wesley Avenue in Denver, CO. 

Credit Cards are subject to an additional 4% convenience fee. No debit cards for this auction.

If the card is declined, Auctioneer shall have the discretion to resell the lots and revoke bidding privileges to registered party.

13 % buyer's premium on all purchases.
Sales Tax: 8.05%

All lots are offered for sale "AS-IS, WHERE-IS". Purchaser is responsible for full payment and removal (including with proper tools, assistance, boxes etc) within the time period outlined above.
