The main focus of what Ty and I do is helping SENIORS. We move them, we liquidate their personal property and clean their house for the Real Estate sale settlement / closing ‘walk through’… they are OLD, they can’t do it! ESTATE SALES! Most GATED Communities prevent these. APRIL SOUND at Lake Conroe, WE HAVE DONE MANY THERE. Until a month ago they were allowed, now they are NOT. In this case, our 89 year old client just got out of the hospital and did NOT know about this new HOA amendment. Thus, WE were uninformed. She has dementia... They lost a son two weeks ago... Sweet folks! After 160 employee hours of cleaning, staging and pricing… the sale at 153 Stones Edge is CANCELLED! Sorry for the inconvenience. One third the population of APRIL SOUND are retired and moved to the Lake, what are they going to do? |
