EQUIPMENT & MORE CONSIGNMENT AUCTION Be sure to join us for the next Equipment & More Consignment Auction to be held at the Talihina, Oklahoma Ag Barn. We are now accepting consignments for this auction. Check in times for bringing your consignments to the auction location will be: This is an auction for all types of items except USED TIRES, we cannot take used tires. If you are consigning Any Item that requires a title, that title must be in the name of the person consigning the item and the title must be provided at the time of check-in. If you have equipment that you no longer use, If you have tools you no longer use, If you just want to turn surplus items in to cash, then now is the time. We had an excellent turnout at the first ever consignment auction in Talihina just a few months ago, and we have had numerous request wanting to know when our next auction will be. Well here it is Saturday July 12th. 2025. Get your item information to us as soon as you can. Feel free to text photos of your items to any one of the contact phone numbers listed below. Thank you and we are looking forward to being back July 12th. 2025 Auction Terms and Conditions: All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS, Condition at the time of auction. All buyers are expected and encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding. Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder. Neither the sellers nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. All invoices shall be paid in full the day of auction By registering for the auction, all registrants are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth by the auction company. The auction company will make all reasonable efforts to publish and make known the terms and conditions including payment terms of the auction. It is the bidders sole responsibility to read and understand all of the auction terms and conditions. Payment Terms and Conditions: We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID. We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment. Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the invoice total. Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property item purchases only. All invoices shall be paid in full the day of the auction.
