Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS, Condition at the time of auction. All buyers are expected and encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder. Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  By registering for the auction all registrants are agreeing to the auction terms and conditions as well as the payment terms of this auction.  The auction company will make a reasonable effort to inform the attendees of the auction terms and conditions, however it is the sole responsibility of the bidders to read and understand all auction terms and conditions. All invoices shall be paid in full the day of auction.

Payments Terms and Conditions:  We acept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card shall have a 4% buyers fee included which is in addition to the invoice total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check shall have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property items purchased.  All invocies shall be paid in full the day of auction. 

All announcements made the day of auction, shall supercede any printed, internet, or social media advertisements.
