All prior taxes paid by seller. Current year taxes prorated to date of closing. Title insurance and escrow closing fee split 50/50 by buyer and seller.

No property to be removed until settled for. Sellers, Auctioneers, and sales help not responsible for accidents. Bidders are responsible for all items after winning the bid.
