If coin is determined to be not authentic or altered by ANACS or the autograph or sports card is determined to be not authentic by SGC or PSA the successful bidder will be refunded the complete purchase price excluding authentication service. If items is deemed authentic successful bidder pays all fees.

Payment: 20% buyers premium, 3% fee for credit card, 6% state sales tax for PA residents unless provided with current state sales tax exemption certificate. K. D. Smith Auctions accepts Visa/MC/Discover, Certified Funds, Money Order, Cash & Paypal. (due to recent fraud & attemps at fraud we will no longer accept Paypal & Credit Cards for purchases of Gold Coins & Gold Jewelry, in addition to accepting cash & certified funds for these items we will accept accept company or personal checks as an alternative and will ship purchases after check clears) Payment must be received by K.D.
