This auction will be conducted both on-line and live. The Hit & Miss, Maytag Engines and the Farm Primitives and Misc. will all be sold live in our Auction Center in Treynor, IA. However, the catalogued Hit & Miss Engines will also offer on-line bidding. Non-present bidders will have the opportunity to bid on-line during the live auction. Terms and Conditions for both on-line and live bidders are below.
ON-LINE TERMS & CONDITIONS: Auction Start: The auction will open Friday, April 18, 2025 at Noon CDT for on-line bidders. On-line bidders may place bids prior to and during the live auction. Auction Close: On-line items will begin closing during the live auction at NOON CDT, Saturday, May 10, 2025. Buyer's premium: There is a 15% buyer's premium on all purchases made through on-line bidding. Item preview: Items may be previewed at the auction site beginning at 9:00 A.M. CDT, May 10, 2025. Items may also be pre-viewed Monday, May 5th - Friday, May 9th, 2025 during normal business hours, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST at our Auction Center in Treynor, IA. Payment terms: Terms are Credit Card only. Credit card will be charged to the card on file immediately after auction closes. No items will be removed until payment in full has been received. Purchases over $5,000 must be a cashier's check or wire transfer unless previous arrangements with Auctioneer have been made. No credit card surcharge will be applied. Pick up of items: Items paid in full on the day of the live auction (May 10, 2025) may be removed that day at the conclusion of the auction. Any items paid for after the date of the auction may be picked up during regular business hours 9:00 - 4:00 CDT Monday - Friday, May 12th - 16th, 2025 or Saturday, May 17,2025 between the hours of 9:00 A,M. and NOON CDT. No loading assistance will be provided by the Auction company. Any items remaining in our warehouse after June 10, 2025 will become property of Menke Auction and Reality. Buyer's premium: There is a no buyer's premium for in person bidding. Payment Terms: Payment may be made via Cash or Check with Valid Driver's License. Payment with a personal or business check may require 10 business days before items may be removed. Purchases over $5,000 must be a cashier's check or wire transfer unless previous arrangements with Auctioneer have been made. No Items shall be removed from Auction Site until settled for. Items can only be removed day of Auction with payment in cash or check. Items sold "As Is" - "Where Is" with no Warranties or Guarantees. Once items are SOLD, Auctioneer, Auction Company, or Seller is not responsible for Lost or stolen items.
