Please make sure to check measurements of the items in each item's description. Sold as is where is, inspect the item. No returns accepted.

Furniture removal responsibility of buyer. Bring help for loading and boxes for packing items. Cash and all major credit cards accepted (3% convenience fee). Not responsible for accidents. We do not have a numbering system to enter - first come is first one in when we open!!

Announcement regarding pickup/removal of your items. We are under time constraints to have all items removed, so please, if you buy, plan to pick up your items by Sunday at noon. WE DO NOT PROVIDE MOVERS. It is the buyers responsibility to provide adequate equipment, packing materials and manpower to remove his or her items. For large or heavy items, we recommend hiring professional movers.

Pick Up / Removal: Purchases may be removed upon receipt of payment in full. Buyers assume complete responsibility for care of each purchase at time of sale. All items must be removed the same day. Appt for pick up can be made on Monday 4/21 bw 10 a and 1 PM.

Items that have not been picked up will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be given.

This is a moving sale, we reserve the right to remove items from listing on behalf of the family.

Friday all items full price, Saturday items are marked down to 50% off unless noted, Sunday all items 50% off.
