9. We are not responsible for items left at our warehouse after check out date.

10. Buyers are responsible for loading of all items. Auction staff cannot assist with moving, loading and delivering. Please bring your own help and equipment for large and heavy items. Items not picked up may be subject to storage, warehousing, and handling fees. Fee dependant on item, payable as cash.

11. Anybody that does not pay for items they bid on during online auctions will not be permitted to participate in any future auctions for John Pischke Auctioneer NCAL 9625.

12. Auction is subject to cancellation by John Pischke Auctioneer due to Computer black out, power outages, tornados, hurricanes, rioting, civil unrest, acts of war, or any other events that may adversely affect this auction before its completion & final closing by John Pischke Auctioneer ncal 9625.
