THIS IS AN INTERNET AUCTION ONLY



BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100, you will be charged $115 at checkout.



PAYMENT: Cash is the ONLY accepted form of payment for this Auction. Payment must be made prior to picking any items up. Please bring your Cash to Theurer Auction, 1101 E 16th Street, Wellington, no later than 12:00 pm on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.



All units must be emptied and swept clean by Friday, May 9, 2025, 4:00 pm. A CASH deposit of $100 per unit is required at close of the auction. This amount will be refunded if the unit is completely cleaned out by the due date.



EXTEND ALL/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 2:00 pm on Monday, May 5, 2025. The closing time of all lots will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 1 minute on any lot. You will need to secure the unit after the auction closes.



WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Items part of a court ordered sale are subject to court approval.



CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.



Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Theurer Auction/Realty reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.



NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR THEURER AUCTION/REALTY SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE SOFTWARE'S FAILURE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Theurer Auction/Realty will email registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary.



The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction, split or combine lots, add minimum bids or reserve prices, cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule an individual item or auction event, or change the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.

Contents of Unpaid/Abandoned Storage Unit

All items must be removed by Friday, May 9, 4:00 pm.

$100 Deposit is due in addition to the High Bid and 15% Buyer's Premium no later than 12:00 pm, Tuesday, May 6. Payments in CASH ONLY can be made at Theurer Auction/Realty, 1101 E 16th Street, Wellington KS

The buyer will need to secure the storage unit once the auction closes.

The deposit will be refunded if all items have been removed and the unit is swept clean.

Tenant has until the close of the auction to redeem their unit.
