Auction Terms & Conditions
*Soft Close with Extended Bidding Does Apply. **If you are outbid during the last 5 minutes of the auction, you will be given an additional 5 minutes to submit a bid. This process will continue until no bids have been made within the last 5 minutes.

1.) Property selling "as is, where is", no warranties guaranteed or implied. Bidders should complete their own due diligence prior to bidding.
2.) 10% buyers premium applies to final bid to establish sale price.
3.) A $100 Title/Tag/Doc Fee Applies to Each Lot.
4.) Proof of insurance required for possession.
5.) Tennessee State & Local Sales Tax Applies to all In State Purchases. Out of State Buyer's are responsible for Any sales tax owed where the vehicle will be titled.
6.) Possession after payment.
7.) Payment & Pickup shall be Thursday, May 29 from 9 AM - 3 PM at 2276 Livingston Hwy., Monroe, TN. Cash, Cashier's Check or Wire Only.
8.) This sale is final with no contingencies and is not subject to the buyer's ability to obtain financing.
9.) Amonett's Eagle Auction & Realty, LLC are agents for the seller.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Amonett's Eagle Auction & Realty, LLC harmless from any lawsuit based on users� negligence or activities.

--Suspend bidding on any individual lot and/or all lots in any auction at any time.

--Extend the bidding ending date & time for any individual lot and/or all lots in any auction at any time.

--By accepting the terms and conditions of the auction: All parties agree that any lawsuits/legal disputes in Tennessee are under the jurisdiction of the Pickett County Chancery Court and must be filed in this court. All parties agree that any lawsuits/legal disputes in Kentucky are under the jurisdiction of the Clinton County, Ky Courts and must be filed in Clinton County, Ky.

-- International Bidders are required to place a "bid" deposit prior to bidding. If they are a winning bidder, the "bid" deposit will be applied towards the purchase price. If they are not a winning bidder, the "bid" deposit shall be refunded. The "bid" deposit shall be 20% of the maximum bid per lot. The "bid" deposit shall be submitted by wire transfer only.
