Liquidation will take place in 2 parts! 

Part 1 is May 14-17: 9-5 pm and will include: His famous Orange Cadillac, his famous golf cart, All contents in the house, garage and also the outdoor larger decor/props, hay wagons and farm implements. (See detailed list at the very end and take a look at over 400 pictures in photo album!) Sale will be held right at the farm: 22637 M-43 Highway West, Kalamazoo, MI 49009

Part 2 will be 1st week in June and will include: all the contents of the barns including tools, stored “in operation- open to the public” season equipment & decor, tractors and more. (more details to come after part 1 sale so make sure you are following me!)

Pricing is not complete and finalized until the day before the sale so please come to the sale for all price inquiries (Car will be updated here with asking price. Contact me to set an appointment to examine it before the sale if seriously interested). Porta Potty will be on-site! A Sign up sheet will be put out on Wednesday 5/14/25 at 8 am for a 9 am start.
