For one day only, we bring you a beautifully furnished home (most pieces purchased approx. 4 years ago from Ashley Furniture),  most rooms with neutral colors, including a white distressed-style shabby chic queen-sized 4-piece bedroom set, an electric recliner-sofa (3-seat sofa with 2 recliners, at either end), long extended heater/fireplace console, a decorative kidney storage cabinet, and additional non-matching bedroom furniture, etc: 2 unmatched wood dressers (dovetail drawer construction), one high dresser and one low, a second guest bed with a wrought-metal frame, plus various sizes of bedcovers and linens.

Also available is a round drop-leaf kitchen table with 4 chairs, a small rectangular farmhouse-style dining table (actually a work desk with built-in power strip, which can easily double as a dining table!), 4 dining chairs w/ slip covers (have been kept clean by the covers), multiple smart TVs with remotes & wall mounts, a set of rare Moroccan sand relief paintings, a beautiful piece of mosaic wall art, other artwork and mirrors, pair of spindled-wood-style floor lamps, various table lamps, kitchenwares, small kitchen appliances, metal storage racks, bookshelves, a tall thin storage cabinet, multiple accent pieces, a 3-piece indoor/outdoor bistro set (table & 2 chairs), as well as a small aquarium fish tank (with all parts, extra filters/supplies, tank decorations, etc.), garden decor & other gardening items, and more!

Entrance to the unit is located in the back, on the left side, when facing the house. We ask that you be respectful of the community's residents and please don't park in any numbered spaces; these spaces are reserved for the residents.
