The Remember When Antiques and Estate Sales, LLC team is proud to present an EXTRAORDINARY collection of treasures from one of Newark's oldest homes in the historic neighborhood of Forest Hill! This mansion was built in 1903 for the Ballantine Family (founders of the Ballantine Beer Company) and features 11 rooms. Although the mansion has only had 4 owners since it was built, the most recent owners filled the home with their prized collections and specially curated antiques. Though many years were spent antique shopping, now EVERYTHING goes up for sale! 

The sale will take place on Saturday, May 17th (9am to 5pm), Sunday, May 18th (10am to 4pm), Monday, May 19th (9am to 5pm), & Tuesday, May 20th (9am to 5pm). Please check back regularly as more items will be displayed during the course of the sale; although this property has 11 rooms, we are out of space to display everything! - This sale is taking place on a tree lined neighborhood street with PLENTY of FREE parking!

- Large pocketbooks, backpacks, and oversized reusable tote bags such as those from IKEA are strictly prohibited.

- This is a CASH ONLY sale. If you need to access an ATM, there are plenty nearby.

- There are no bathrooms on site so please be prepared in case there is a line to enter the home. 

- The address officially releases on EstateSales.net on Saturday, May 17th @ 6am (however most of you recognize the property from its photos). 

- There will be 3 different sign-up lists taped to the front door of the home (1 for the main house, 1 for the basement, and 1 for the garage). PLEASE make sure that each individual person in your group has their own individual number. If someone in your group doesn't have a number, they will not be admitted. 

- The OFFICIAL 3 sign-up lists will be posted at 6am on Saturday, May 17th. Any sign-up list started before that time will not be honored.

- Most small, non-furniture items are available for shipping to the 48 continental states.
