Auction Terms & Conditions:
This is an online only auction.

All bidders must register for a username and password. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to maintain the confidentiality of their username and password. The bidder is responsible for all activity that occurs using their username and password.

All bidders must be at least 18 years of age.

All bidders must read and agree to the terms and conditions of this auction.

All items are sold "AS IS" with no warranties expressed or implied.

The auction will end using a soft close. The items will begin to close every 20 seconds. If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of auction close the time will extend out 2 minutes. This will prevent sniping.

Bidders may enter their maximum bid amount and the system will automatically bid for you starting at the lowest bid increment and continue in bid increments until your maximum bid has been reached, at that time you will need to bid again.

Payment may be made with cash, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Credit/Debit cards will be charged at auction end. If paying by cash, please notify us before auction end. Once an item has been picked up or shipped no refunds or charge backs will be granted.

Indiana state sales tax of 7% will be charged and collected on all purchases. For sales tax exemption: a current ST-105 form must be provided by bidder.

A 3% Buyer's Premium will be charged.

Pick will be Friday May 23, 2025 or Saturday May 24, 2025 in Seymour, IN. Address will be provided to winning bidder at the conclusion of auction.

At pick up, the buyer will be provided with the title.
