What makes a Legacy License Special? Any License issued after July 1, 2023 is non transferrable. There’s a limited number of licenses available based on population. A legacy liquor license in Idaho is a license that can be transferred or sold.
Meridian City Legacy Liquor License retain 1 sale or transfer. Payment due at closing with certified funds. Bidder must apply for license, pass FBI background check, pay 10% transfer fee equal to the current value, plus a $20.00 beer endorsement with Alcohol Beverage Control, go to isp.idaho.gov/ABC/ with license questions. License to be transferred 30 Days after auction close.
