Tanks (40 BBL Hot Liquor Tank, 40 BBL Cold Liquor Tank, 15 BBL Mash/Lauter Tank, 15 BBL Whirlpool Tank, 15 BBL Brew Kettle Tank, Grist Case Tank), Fulton Steam Boiler, Thermaline Heat Exchanger, Brewing System Control Deck with Stairs, Six Tap Bar on Casters, Chuy’s Salad Cooler, Assorted Stainless Steel Piping, Wood Slab Tabletops, Assorted Bar Stools and Chairs.
Inspection | Preview date: Inspection is available on Tuesday, May 27 from 10 AM to 4 PM from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. by appointment.
Pick-up | Removal Location: 1588 NW 7 Street, Miami, FL 33125.
Checkout | Removal date: The checkout/removal period is on 05/29, 05/30 and 06/02 from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Payment Information: Full payment due no later than Thursday, May 29 by 4:00 P.M. Payment Options: Zelle (preferred), Cashier’s Check, Wire Transfer, Cash and Major Credit Cards (excludes AMEX).
