*All bidders must register with the Cashier at the auction and have a bidder number assigned to them. Anyone not registered with the Cashier on auction day will not be permitted to bid or buy any items at the auction.
*All items must be paid for before or at the end of the auction AND Removed no later than 9:00pm Day of sale unless otherwise agreed to by the Auctioneer and/or seller. All Online Buyers Credit Cards On File will Be Processed at the end of the Auction and Online Buyers Must Pick up Their Items at the Advertised Location During The Scheduled Days and Times offered For Pick up of That Particular Auction.
*12% Buyers Premium will be added to the final total of the Buyer’s invoice.

*Acceptable Payments are Cash, Check, or Credit/Debit Cards. Payment via Wire Transfer is Acceptable only if agreed to by Auctions Plus, inc. and the Auctioneer PRIOR to the Beginning of the auction. (3-5Business Days) Payments Made by Cash, or Wire Transfer Will Be Transferred to the Buyer as soon as Possible.
