Please note: The items in this auction are located on-site. Items must be picked up or arranged for during the allotted time, no exceptions.

Precious metal weights: Precious metals in our auctions are weighed with a common digital scale, while we believe the descriptions and weights to be accurate it is the buyer's responsibility to verify.

Acceptance: By registering and bidding on this auction you accept responsibility for payment of the final bid.

Loading: We will have some personel available to assist you but we do not take responsibility for loading your items. Please plan according to load and secure your items.

All high bids are considered legal binding contracts and all sales are final. All merchandise is sold �As Is� and �Where Is� without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own information and inspection. Buyers acknowledge the inherent risks of buying AS-IS. Item descriptions including hours, mileage, condition, size or age are believed to be correct but Vander Kolk Auction & Appraisal does not assume responsibility for errors. Buyer is to rely on their own inspection of items.

Items as entire 'contents of' closets, shelves, etc. will be left on the shelf and it is the responsibility of the buyer to remove. It is also the responsibility of the buyer to take ALL items in any described lot. Lots described as 'content of' are not eligible for shipping.

Bid Stagger: Bids will close every 20 seconds.

Soft Close: Lots will extend 3 minutes if a bid is placed in the last 3 minutes before the lot closes.
