By entering one our sales you agree to the terms and conditions below. These are non-negotiable and will be enforced. If you breach these terms and conditions you will be asked to leave the property. 1. All sales are FINAL and AS IS. Sorry, absolutely no returns under any circumstances

We are not responsible for, and nor can we vouch for, the descriptions, condition, working order or authenticity of items sold. This is an estate sale and all items are used and without any guarantee or warranty whatsoever. We will tell you about the items to the best of our knowledge, but can not guarantee the accuracy of our advice. It is always your responsibility to make sure the items you buy meet your expectations before you purchase. If you are unsure, please do not purchase as you will be unable to return it.

2. Sales tax is collected as required by law. A 8.25% sales tax will be added to your purchase price during checkout. If you have a resale exemption certificate, please present it during checkout. Resellers must present their 2024 tax ID at time of sale.

3. You are responsible for any breakages or damage to estate items or property caused by you or those you are responsible for. If you break it, you must pay for it.

4. No large bags or large purses allowed.

5. We do not provide movers, nor do we assist in dismantling or moving items. Large items may have to be removed after the sale at our discretion.

6. No food or drink is permitted in the house.

7. No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes yards and driveways.

8. No pets are permitted in the property. You are responsible for your pets and any harm that comes to them or harm that they cause others.

9. You are responsible for your own packing and packing materials. We do not provide packing materials or assistance with packing.

10. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. There is a 3% charge for credit and debit cards. Sorry, we do not accept checks. Zelle, Cash App, Venmo & PayPal are acceptable.

11. We reserve the right to limit the number of customers within the house for their protection and our property, but rest assured everyone will get a turn.

12. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors. Please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.

13. All the information you need will be available to you at the sale.
