Auction Format
Choice of all tracts will be auctioned by the acre. The high bidder will have the option of taking their choice of any of the tracts or any combination of the tracts. The bid price per acre will be multiplied by the estimated acreage to determine the estimated sale price. If tracts remain after the high bidder has taken their choice, the remaining tracts will be offered in the same manner until all tracts have been selected.
After all tracts have been offered, the owner will have the opportunity to confirm or reject the sale of the property.
