Also known as Capitol View Access. Directions to site: From Jefferson City, take Highway 63 north 4 miles, then west just before the Cedar Creek bridge. The site is located at an at-grade intersection with Highway 63 and Roy Wayne Road.

 

This unique property has ample Cedar Creek frontage and is just upstream from the Missouri river, With a large parking lot it could be adapted to a number of uses such as boat or RV storage, camping, etc. During extreme Missouri River flooding the property will likely flood.

 

This tract is accessible from Highway 63 via a 25-foot wide 980-foot-long concrete paved drive located at the southeast corner of the site which provides access to a 32,500 square foot concrete paved parking area. Also, tract has 1,125 feet of frontage along Cedar Creek. The property is located within the 100- year flood plain and 500-year flood plain.
