The house is full of collectables and interesting items all in great condition just waiting to be discovered. There is an oversized single garage along with seven (7) large rooms packed full of interesting stuff, and there is something for everyone at this sale. In the Entry/Living Room we have on the front patio a nice Vintage WWI Metal Trundle Bed (in great condition) along with Flower Pots, White Rattan Chair and small Glass Top Table. Just inside you will find a two-piece Cyndi Crawford light blue/green love seat – lounger. We have a Wurlitzer Ebony Spinet Piano (Model 2020) with Bench and all the original paperwork. We have a nice 1970’s Seascape Painting by Vernon Lee Kerr (an artist from Laguna Beach, California who died in 1982). We have lots and lots of Vintage Costume Jewelry; necklaces, earrings, bracelets, pins, rhinestone jewelry and some sterling jewelry. We also have three (3) large Baskets of Bagged Jewelry. We have a few very nice vacuum cleaners and steamers in the front closet (they all work and some barely used): Shark Super Steamer, Shark Vac-n-Steam (Vacuum and Steam mop), Shark Steam Mop, Bissell Cleanview Helix Vacuum (provides continuous suction), Hoover Wind Tunnel Vacuum with Rinseable Filter and no loss suction, and finally Eureka True Hepa Vacuum. We have a Danish / Mid-Century Modern beige Bench. We have a pair of vintage green and gold glass & brass lamps. We have a Lady Head with earrings and Lady Bust with Lace. We also have a vintage little girl with a poodle. We have a nice vintage Victorian electric Lamp (BNI) and a Vintage Mid-Century Multi-Colored Lamp (needs shade) (BNI). We have lots of collectables including some Asian items. We also have interesting European items and knick-knacks on a four-tiered shelf along in addition to items on all the shelves in a second front living room closet. The Family Room has an awesome Original Painting by the Palm Beach Mid-Century Modern/Contemporary artist Robert McCaine of a little girl on a Tricycle with a bare bottom – really cute and rare. McCaine came to Dallas for a show in the 70’s. We have an Antique Pharmacist’s wood chest (in great condition). We have an unusual Antique Cedar Chest; (in great condition) with a double layer top. The chest has a Full Tray (that lifts) to reveal the larger storage area. You will not want to miss this unique piece. We have a vintage drum table, two (2) black Naugahyde parson chairs. We also have an unusual vintage stationary upholstered chair with a storage draw. We have a solid wood display shelf with a light and one glass display shelf. We also have two (2) matching vintage wall Shadow box shelves with glass backs. For the antique lovers we have a very nice three-drawer solid Wood Chest with a framed Beveled Mirror with a small shelf on each side. It’s an awesome piece. We also have lots of Sea Shells, Light Houses and Bar Glasses, Shot Glasses and unusual Bar items. We also have some vintage lamps without shades (BNI) and some Walt Disney framed Prints and unframed Prints. The Dining Room is crammed full of Dishes, vintage Full Size solid wood Rocking Baby Crib full of hand-made crocheted Afghans. We have a solid wood Round Oak table with Claw Feet, three (3) wood Stools and a Rattan White Three-Drawer Chest with Double doors on top which also has a Shelf. We have an Antique Solid Wood Wardrobe with two (2) Rods on the left side, and the right side has shelves. It makes a grand statement. We have Vintage Small Appliances (all working) and mostly Stainless. We have: A Hamilton Beach Food Processor with Manual, a Hamilton Beach Hand Mixer, a Toastmaster small Chopper, a full size Stainless Sunbeam Mix Master Table Top Mixer, a Stainless two-slice Toaster, and a GE Automatic Grill and Waffle maker with manual. We also have an unusual Home Slicer (great for slicing food items thin by Landwich Master, Inc. We also have a white Ceramic Griddle, a Hand Blender, and a small Hot Plate. We have several Pitchers and Tea containers to choose from along with some great Steak Platters. We have several Large and a Medium Size Roasting Pans, Lazy Susan’s, and much more. The kitchen has lots of cookware (some vintage) along with lots of gadgets, serving spoons, chef knives, steak knives, and kitchen utensils. We also have a vintage (Mid-Century Modern) set of Russell Wright Casual China by Iroquois in a light greenish/yellow – this is hard to find and has some unusual pieces. We have a cute set of four (4) Sunday Cups, Luncheon Sets and Demitasse cups and saucers. We have Depression Era Dishes (some in green) some Anchor Hocking Pieces; glasses, mugs, a pitcher, and some platters. The Front Bedroom is packed full of vintage Hats from Neiman’s, and Sanger Harris – some are in felt, and most are from the 60’s and are in great condition. We have a Solid Wood Triple Dresser with Wood-Framed Mirror, a matching Solid Wood Make-Up Table with Drawers and a matching Solid Wood Lingerie Chest.
