Online bidding: is a courtesy, The Auction Barn does not guarantee or warrant the system to operate without interruptions or malfunction and shall not be held responsible in the event of such.

Buyer's premium: of 10% will be added to the winning bid of each item to determine the final selling price.

Statement of condition: Any statement regarding the condition of the item is given as a courtesy and is only a subjective opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. All descriptions and information are believed to be correct but are not guaranteed, items are sold �as is� �where is� with no guarantees or warranties, We do guarantee electronics to operate (unless otherwise stated) if contacted within 7 days of sale. Inspection is the responsibility of the Buyer, we're open Monday through Saturday for inspection, see our open hours.

Close of Bidding: the closing of items will be consecutive, one lot at a time. If someone bids in the last 2 minutes, 2 more min. will be added to allow you to respond. Bidding closing is closely replicated as an in person event.

Pickup: All pickups are made at our location, 1144 Pendleton Rd. Pendleton Ky 40055. If you fail to pick up your item without our approval, within 2 weeks your credit card will be charged and we will consider the items to be forfeited.

Shipping: Is done in house and all shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. High dollar items may be held until your credit card has cleared the bank or bank transfer made.

Set Maximum Bid Feature: This feature does your bidding for you. Your maximum bid is kept confidential and not available for other bidders to see. Any bidder can raise the maximum bid anytime. If a mistake is made and a bid needs to be adjusted, call Mike 859-486-4198, it has to be done before the item starts to close. Online bidding is understood to be a Binding contract, bids will be taken with the understanding that the bidder will honor their winning bid. Please DO NOT bid if you do not intend to pay.

Auction representation and right to bid: in accordance with KRS 330 220 (6) (a) it is hereby disclosed that, with permission form the seller (the auctioneer) and any staff member have the right to bid, the auctioneer and staff are agents of the seller.

Sales tax: All sales are subject to 6% Sales Tax. If you have a Resale Certificate please furnish it to us prior to the end of the sale.

Firearms: We are FFL Dealers and all firearms will be handled as per Federal Guidelines. Shipping of Firearms will be shipped to a FFL dealer. Please contact the FFL dealer you will want the firearm shipped to, They will need to email a copy of their FFL to the_auctionbarn@yahoo.com with your name in
