This is an estate sale auction. The address is hidden until the day of pickup. The home is located in South Overland Park near 175th and 69 hwy, for your reference! NO TAX will be charged on invoices. There is no $1 Handling Fee, either. There are no refunds or returns on estate auctions. Items must be picked up during the assigned pickup time (Friday, June 6th, 2025 from 1p-6p). No exceptions as the home must get cleared out immediately after. Invoices must be paid before items can be picked up. We make no guarantees on completeness or functionality, but we do generally exclude listing items that are clearly damaged/non-functional. You must remove and load items yourself, please bring the necessary help and a vehicle accomodating the load. Some items are large and will need extra care to unload from the home, please come prepared as we do not generally have enough labor to assist.
