This will be a full tag sale but with Picker style. There will be discount days available. Items will be tagged thru out the house, and you can make a pile, and we will price accordingly. Forms of payment accepted will be cash and credit card NO checks. There will be NO early entry or early sales. There will be a sign-up list outside the house the morning of the sale and numbers handed out for the first 45 people. Please bring help and supplies for furniture. Items purchased need picked up before 4pm on Sunday. Purchased furniture will be tagged sold until pick up. There will be some boxes on site for your items but will be limited. This sale is on the main floor, upstairs and garage. The areas will be marked. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Please be respectful of peoples hold piles. Children under 12 must be with a parent at all times. Please Park in designated areas and don't block people's driveways or mailboxes. Look for signs.
