This is an online estate sale auction for a property in Cheektowaga, NY. Bidding ends on Monday, April 4th. Everything starts at $1.00! Everything must go - there are no minimums and only one item has a reserve. Pick-up will be on Saturday, April 9th between 10:00 am 1:00 pm. Address for pick-up will be provided to the winning bidders. Pre-payment via PayPal is expected by NOON on Wednesday, April 6th. Please -- fully read our terms and conditions before you bid and be mindful of close dates, payment due dates, and pick-up dates (set reminders on your smart phone!!). If you are an "out of town" bidder, please contact us prior to bidding to find out our policy with regards to UPS shipping of your item. Please make sure you read our terms and conditions before you bid. All items are "as is and where is". You will be responsible for removing items from the house, we cannot assist you. Items may be on multiple floors of the home. This Cheektowaga sale closes on Monday, 4/4 with a pick-up on Saturday, 4/9 between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.
Parking at the pick-up will be very tight, so if you win large items (appliances or large furniture) you must call Cindy at 716-984-6709 to schedule your pick-up time within our pick-up window.
As always, bidding starts at $1.00 and there are NO RESERVES! Everything must go!
Winning bidders will get pick-up information on their invoices. Payment is due on Wednesday, 4/6 at NOON.
