Payment: All buyers must pay for their purchases in full within the scheduled removal dates after auction ending. Rowley's Auction Service, LLC. accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Major Credit Cards, PayPal, Cashier's Check, Personal or Company Checks. Any checks valued of $1,000.00 or more, items will be held by Auction Company until check clears, unless know by the auctioneers. All out of state checks must be accompanied by an irrevocable Bank Letter of Guarantee, unless known by the auctioneers. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the bidder/buyer at time of payment and the bidder/buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time |

The Denise Rowden Memorial Online Auction - How it works, from a buyer's and seller's perspective this is a completely normal auction, WE ARE NOT ASKING FOR DONATIONS. The sellers will consign the items they want to sell, we sell them to the buyers and we charge the sellers the normal rate of commission. Our company will then donate 100% of the commission that we collect to charity in The Denise Rowden Memorial Fund. We are not asking for donations. This Fund With The Help of The Lapeer County Community Foundation; Provides Grants/Funding For Mental Health, Supports Special Needs and Developmentally Disabled, Child Education & Advocay To Local Charitable Programs.
