All items are sold as is where is. This is an online auction only. Lots will start closing on Thursday 6/5/2025 at 7pm Central Time Zone. If you have any questions about the items please ask before bidding. This estate was pet friendly. Working condition of all wall/ mantel clocks are unknown Any known flaws will be in listing description & photos. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium and tax will apply unless we have a proper tax form. All invoices will be charged to the credit card on file in HiBid at the time of registration. If your credit card is declined at the time of invoicing, there will be a $15 processing fee added to the invoice. Please make sure to contact us before the closing of the auction if you need to use another credit card or make other payment arrangements. Invoicing is processed on the night after auction closes or first thing the morning after auction closing. Pick up dates and times for this auction are as follows: Saturday 6/7/2025 - 10am to 2pm Sunday 6/8/2025 - 10am to 2pm Trackor will be available if needed. If you need aditional pick up time you must schedule. Additional pickup fees may apply. Any items not picked up will be forfeited and disposed of as seen fit unless we are contacted by the buyer. Shipping will be available if unable to pick up. If you do not pick up or do not want to have the item(s) shipped, the items will be forfeited and disposed of as seen fit. All items for out of state buyers will automatically be taken to our shipping department for processing. Shipping can take 5 to 7 working days to be completed and shipped out of the warehouse. A $5 per line handling fee will apply along with the shipping cost of items purchased. If you are unsure about an item being shipped, please inquire before bidding. There will be two separate charges made to your credit card. First charge will be for the items invoiced as soon as the auction has completed. Second charge will be for the shipping and handling. Please bring help to load any heavy items and any packing material needed for items that need packing. We will try to help as much as possible, but may be helping another buyer at that time. All sales are final and no refunds will be given.
