There will be a link to follow to pay the invoice amount. Unless a Wire Transfer is the required payment. Wire Transfers must be initiated first thing the morning following the closing of the auction. Separate payments must be arranged for each auction part. 4. A 15% Buyers Premium will be calculated & added to all online purchases and will become part of the total purchase price. 5. Tax will be applied to all items that are subject to Texas State Sales Tax and / or local tax. Tax will be collected unless the buyer has a current sales tax number on file with the Auctioneer. 6. Sales tax will apply to buyer's premium according to state tax law unless item 5 above prevails. 7. Auctioneer reserves the right to: a) Reject any and all bids and/or to bid as an agent on behalf of the Seller, any absentee bidder and/or the Auctioneer as buyers. b) Bid on behalf of the Seller in situations involving reserves or Seller confirmation to reach the reserve sales price. c) Withdraw from or add to auction any item before or during the sale. d) Resell any item not paid for in full on the required day. e) Group, subdivide, sell lots times the money, or sell lots in bulk when it is in best interest of the Seller. 8. Auctioneer is not responsible for the performance of online bidding platform. If a bid is not received by the auction house, the bid cannot be executed. The Auctioneer is is not responsible if a bid is not executed due to technical or human error. 9. All Shipping is handled by 3rd party shippers. Shipping charges will be calculated & collected by the 3rd party shipping company. The shipping company will attempt to fit as many items in each box as safely and efficiently as possible to reduce the shipping charges for each item. Auction company reserves the right to resell any items in which the shipping charges were not paid within the time period allotted. 10. The company has been closed for a time and needs to empty the building of all the tools and supplies. All things electrical --- Panel Boxes, Wire, Conduit, Benders, Tugger Puller, Ladders, Hand and Power Tools, Carts, Switches, Meters and Electronics, Breakers, Outlet Boxes, Lights, Fixtures, Fittings, Welder, Gang Boxes, Porta-Mole, Wire Dispenser, and so much more. The items will include both new and used merchandise. Brands include Greenlee, Ridgid, Makita, Craftsman, Ryobi, Bosch, Milwaukee, Dewalt, Skil, B & D, Rockwell, Paslode, Huskie, Thomas & Betts, Hilti, Lincoln and others. Many of the tools have been tested to power on but some may not have been, especially the battery powered / cordless tools. Bidding will close on Monday June 23rd at 7:00 pm. This is a staggered, pre-scheduled closing where lots close, in order, every 20 seconds. Both parts will also utilize a Soft Close in which any lot that gets a bid within the last 2 minutes of its time will be extended another 2 minutes until bidding has stopped on that item. This prevents another bidder coming in at the last couple of seconds and sniping an item out from under other interested bidders. Pickup will be on Thursday, June 26th and Friday June 27th from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM each day, by appointment only. THERE IS NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE IN THIS AUCTION - LOCAL PICK UP ONLY.
