Bill Vogus was a talented local Indiana artist known for his expressive oil and watercolor paintings, many of which he chose to keep rather than sell. His work wase featured in displays in Howard and Tipton County. Vogus was awarded a Lilly Endowment grant to photograph and create painting of barns across the Midwest.
