Items can be paid for prior to pick up or at time of pickup. All items must be paid in full prior to pickup.

Buyers are responsible for the inspection of the items when picked up and must provide your own packing material and boxes. Items shipped will be preinspected - photos taken if necessary and insured for value during transport.

Payments must be made with cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card

Credit Card Information to be provided at time of payment (This information will be provided to Terry when he calls you) - Your Credit Card information given at time of sign up is for verification of person only.

A 4% credit card convenience fee will be added if a debit or credit card is used.

No Sales Tax on this auction as it is an estate liquidation auction for an estate.

All items are sold on "As is, where is" basis. All descriptions are believed to be accurate, but not warrantied.

A $10 Handling fee (or agreed upon amount) and $1.00 per lot won will be charged on items not picked up by deadline unless other arrangements have been made prior to the ending of this auction - It is assumed that if you are out of state we will be shipping. Pick-up arrangements may be made for most items (not all) and staged for pick up at a later date if necessary at an additional expense .... communication is the key to this arrangement.

As always... WE SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE USA and other Countries by Permission - Shipping costs will be added to the final invoice total. We ship in-house by the most economical means via USPS or UPS to save you money. Please do not bid on large items or furniture (marked no shipping) and expect them to be shipped easily as the cost could be quite prohibitive to do this. If in doubt, pick up the phone and call us to determine if the item you may be bidding on is shippable - If it's NOT marked shippable please assume it may be nearly impossible or quite expensive. All registered bidders will be notified of any changes in pickup dates, etc. if they change from our posted date and time.
