15% Buyers Premium & 3.5% Credit Card Fee will be applied to your winning Bid.

When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction and accepts it as is.

The Credit Card registered during Auction Registration will be charged immediately following conclusion of the Auction with a 3.5% CC Fee.

All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition.

Pickup Date: Tue. June 17th - 10:00 to 6:00pm only, Lots not picked up during the specified pickup Date/Time, will be considered abandoned & forfeited, with no refunds.
Pickup Location is in SE Mason City, IA., address will be provided to winning Bidders.
As this is an Off-Site Auction, all items must be picked up on the scheduled Pickup Date - NO EXCEPTIONS!

By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidders are subject to legal actions and will be barred from future Auctions.

Rocking T Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction.

If you do not pay for your items or fail to come pick them up you will be barred from bidding with us on future auctions & items will become the Property of Rocking T Auction and disposed of..

Mason City Iowa Estate Auction, very nice clean furniture, Decor, Dishware the like. Sale is on location in the SE part of Mason City and items will be picked up there, this is not in our building! Furniture, Table & Chairs, China Closet, Buffet some very nince Bedroom sets, Bake & Cookware, Prints, Metal Picnic Table, umbrella & 4 chairs, just a wide vareity of items. Please bring help to load your items as none will be provided and a few items, Love Seat, Cabinet,Small Table & Chairs, Glider Rocker & a couple occasional Chairs and Wall units are in the basement.
