2. Absentee bids are accepted at the Bricker Auction Gallery. Absentee bidders are subject to the same rules and conditions as onsite bidders. 3.. 4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 5. All lots must be paid for in full by the Buyer on the day of the auction and before any property is removed from the auction. Bricker Auction Company accepts cash, local checks, and credit cards (NOT American Express). All card payments will be charged a 3% courtesy feeauction or subject to disposal. Abandonment does not relieve the buyer from providing payment in full and all payments are non-refundable. 7. Bidder agrees to hold auctioneer and seller harmless from any current or future claims. 10. The Auctioneer shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. 11. If any participant breaches his or her obligations, the auctioneer will be entitled to recover all cost, expenses, and attorney's fees. |
