NO SHIPPING OF ANY ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address. Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on. Bids can not be retracted. You will be asked to confirm your bid before it is accepted. Be sure before you click. All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed. Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item. Winning Bidder Notification / invoice: After the auction has completely closed, winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. It takes 1 - 2 hours for all the emails to send. Thank you for your patience. Please bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Payment: Pay for your merchandise at pick up during the designated time with cash, good check or card (4% added if paying by card) . You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendants at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. Buyers are responsible for loading so bring help for the heavy stuff. A strong young man will be on hand for hire or tips to help you load if you need his assistance, you may pay him directly. If you do not need his assistance, you are welcome to load it yourself. Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in the details tab. Purchased items must be picked up during the specified time. "No show" buyers that fail to pay and pick up, and do not respond to attempts to contact will be barred from bidding in Orrell Auctions and may be barred from other HiBid Auctions as well. There are 2 large desks that will need to be partially or completely disassembled to move. They are sturdy and in good condition. It is the buyers responsibility to bring tools, disassemble as needed and remove them. There will be a strong young man there for hire or tips to help you lift.
