Terms of auction: All items to be paid for by Wire Transfer for Amounts Over $500, Credit card with a 4% office fee. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. Cash or good check may be paid on pick up dates, All property sold as is, all sales are final. There is no warranty or gaurentee made. Kliewer's Auction Service LLC will attempt to describe the merchandise in all advertising, but makes no representation. All odometer or hour meter readings reflect readings as of date of inspection and are not guaranteed. In no event shall Kliewer's Auction Service LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchandis or fitness for a particular purpose.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
Kliewer's Auction Service LLC Reserves the right to reject any bid at their discretion.

Any items not picked up by pick up date will be charged to credit card and become property of the auction company with no refunds.

A 5.50% state tax will additionaly be applied to any and all purchases unless the buyer presents tax expemt status with applicable paperwork necessary as deemed by the auction company. Additionaly a Nebraska Form 13 will also be accepted.

Payment types accepted are wire transfer, credit card, cash or good check. All credit card transactions will have an addiional 4% surchage applied to the invoice price.

If for any reason a buyer chooses to sue the company of Kliewer's Auction Service LLC, it must be executed at the following court house below and such person(s) cannot sue for more than the hammer value of such items:

In the event of any systematic issues, Kliewer's Auction Service LLC,reserves the right cancel, re-run the auction and/or lots deemed at such companies discretion.
