Consider consigning your items to this fun and exciting community auction event! While donated items are appreciated, you can “consign” your items and get paid for your items (less a reasonable sales commission that will go to supporting the Mechanicsville VFD).

AUCTION TERMS BY THE MVFD AUCTION COMMITTEE Cash or good checks accepted. NO CREDIT CARDS NO BUYER'S PREMIUM
COMMISSION RATES (per item) Up to $200: 20% $201 - $500: 15% ($40 mininum) Over $500: 10% ($75 minimum) Commission capped at $300 per item. Reserve/No Sale Fee: $20 per items Large Quantity/Bulk/Special Rates may be available.
Consignments accepted at the MVFD grounds Wednesday, September 3rd - Friday September 5th from 8 am to 7 pm.
Plenty of Good Food and Refreshments available on Friday from noon til 6 pm and all-day Saturday.
