The address is 127 Woodcrest/County Road 749, in Clute. Woodcrest is off Kyle Road (East), in Clute. You follow Kyle until it makes a sharp bend to the right. As it sort of “Y’s” back to the left, Woodcrest/County Road 749 goes to the right. We’ll have signs out.
The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00, Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling names in from the list, around 8:45. (If you’d like a nice breakfast, there’s a lovely little eating establishment near the start of Kyle Road, called Table of Grace. And, Phat Boys is close by, on 288. Yum !!!
We do collect sales tax. We’re a real business, not your grannie’s garage sale. We do NOT discount the tax for resale certificates.
We accept cash and credit cards. There is a $2.00 fee on credit card purchases less than $20.00.
We normally do not allow young children into our sales, but we’re going to give it a shot. That said, if children don’t stay with their parents/handlers, and can’t behave, they’ll be sent out of the sale. (If adults can’t behave, they may get sent out also ! Ha !)
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, carriers, nor pack mules for your heavy/bulky items. You’ll need to make your own arrangements to have them moved, please.
