This is an Online Auction with Internet or Absentee Bidding Only. All Internet Bidders must register Online, and Absentee Bidders must register with Iggy's Auction House, LLC. Bidding for this auction starts on Monday, June 16, 2025 and starts closing on Monday, June 30, 2025 at 5pm CST.

Online Auction Starts Closing Monday, June 30, 2025 at 5pm CST. Each lot ends 15 seconds after the previous lot, bidding activity will extend 2 minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last 2 minutes. You can keep bidding on any lot as long as there is time left.

You are required to register with a valid email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. This does not mean you have to pay with the credit card that you register with. We do accept other forms of payment such as: Cash, Check, Credit or Debit Cards. Persons not giving this correct or valid information will not be allowed access to this auction.

PAYMENT
We Accept CASH, Wisconsin CHECK, CASHIER'S CHECK, WIRE TRANSFER, CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS.
*Buyer's Premium (10% or 14%) PLUS 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax is added to the final bid price. (4% Cash/Check Discount on the 14% Buyer's Premium PLUS 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax is added to the final bid price unless tax exempt.)
Payment for any invoice that is greater than $1,000 may be required to be paid by cashier's check, cash or wire transfer unless you have a Good Buyer Payment History. Wire Fee is $10.00. NO OUT OF STATE CHECKS! Everything Sold is AS-IS. No Warranties. If Iggy's Auction House, LLC receives a returned check; the buyer agrees to pay a $25 returned check fee. Payment is made when you pick up your items. All items won must be paid for before any items can be picked up.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL WITHIN 4 DAYS OF AUCTION END, which is July 4th, 2025, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have not made payment by the 4th day after the auction closes, you agree to have the credit card that you registered with charged for the total of your invoice which will include the 14% Buyers Premium. Then if items are not picked up within 5 days of payment, items are considered abandoned and are no longer your property unless arrangements have been made in writing. Abandoned items become the property of Iggy's Auction.

DEFAULT OF PAYMENT: If you have not made payment, your credit card is declined, or we have not received acceptable verification in order to process payment your bidding privileges will be suspended until full payment is made.

Iggy's Auction assumes if Buyer is IN-STATE that your items will be picked up. If you require shipping, please notify us by email Trina@iggysauction.com or call (715)305-2475.

BID INCREMENTS
Bidding increment are $1.00.

STAGGERED AND SOFT CLOSE
Staggered Close: each lot ends 15 seconds after the previous lot (all lots do not end at the same time).
Soft Close: Bidding activity will extend two (2) minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last two (2) minutes. Bidding will be extended until there are no more bids.

MAX BID AMOUNT
If you are not going to be available when the auction ends you can place a max bid. You can enter the highest amount you are willing to pay, and the computer will automatically bid up to your max amount in the increments specified. EXAMPLE 1. If the bid is at $20 and if you put in a $250 max bid, you would be the high bid at $21, provided no one else has placed a higher bid. If the auction ends at $21 you would be the winner at $21. It will take someone else to bid against you to increase your bid. EXAMPLE 2. If the bid is at $20 and your max bid is $250 and someone else has placed a bid of $150, then your bid would be advanced to $151. And if the auction ends at $151 that is what you pay, not $250. It takes someone to bid against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction.

RESERVE
If there is a reserve on an item, the item will have an orange exclamation mark. Up until the reserve is met, you will be bidding against the reserve. Once the reserve is met, the item will have a green checkmark, then it takes someone to bid against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction. The item does not sell unless the reserve is met.

PICKUP/PAYMENT DATES & TIMES (By Appointment Only)
Appointments to pick up can be scheduled online at IggysAuction.com. A Signup Link will be available there by 8:00pm on the day of the auction closes and on the email that you receive after the auction has ended. Please schedule a time to pick up.

Scheduled pickup days will be on Tuesday, July 1st (11am-5pm) and Wednesday, July 2nd (10am-4pm) Note: If you are not able to make it during those times, please call Trina at (715)305-2475 to schedule a special pickup time.

REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF BUYER
You are solely responsible for disassembly, removal and loading for each lot purchased by YOU. Please bring your own carts, dollies, tools and adequate manpower for large and heavy items to help you. Bring your own packaging material and boxes if desired (some items are not boxed). There will be a tractor available to help with loading large items during the regular scheduled pick up times. Each lot has a location of where that item will be. Please come prepared as auction staff will not be able to assist you with carrying out and loading your items for you.

SHIPPING AVAILABILITY FEES & PAYMENT

We DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY **** Shipping is available In-House by Iggy's Auction for lots that say, "SHIPPING AVAILABLE". **** Shipping may be available through a 3rd party local shipping company for any lots that are not shippable. **** NOT ALL LOTS ARE SHIPPABLE.

Our In-House shipping fees are listed below. Other lots that are transportable by car and DO NOT SAY "Shipping Available" may be possible to ship via the 3rd party shipping company.

MINIMUM PACKAGING FEES + COST OF LABEL + INSURANCE
For lots that are shippable In-House by Iggy's Auction the costs for shipping, packaging and insurance will be at the buyer's expense. (Packaging fees will apply to cover handling, time, and materials.)
Minimum packaging fees are $12.00 per box/package plus cost of shipping label & Insurance. Multiple items, fragile or heavy items may incur extra fees. We use USPS or UPS depending on which service has the better rate. Insurance is required on the value of the property being shipped. If you win multiple items and the combination of them do not fit in a 12" x 12" box, we may have to ship them in multiple boxes. If you win an item that says "NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE" you are still responsible for payment for that item. It will be Iggy's Auctions sole discretion on if it is possible for us to ship your item(s) or to have a 3rd party shipper package and ship your item(s). If your item(s) have to be shipped by the 3rd party shipper, we will deliver items to them, they will package and ship at their rates. They will contact you directly for payment for their services.

SORRY, WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. Please do not bid if you are not within the United States. For any international bidders that win an item, it will be taken to a 3rd party shipper who will package and ship at their rates. They will contact you directly for payment for their services.

Please Note: On the 2nd day after the auction closes, we process payment with the credit card on file for buyers that need their items shipped, then on the 4th business day following the auction we start preparing orders to be shipped.

We will assume that OUT-OF-STATE buyers will require shipping and IN-STATE buyers will be picking up. If different, please email Trina@iggysauction.com or call (715)305-2475. All 1st time buyers who require shipping must confirm shipping address and credit card information by emailing Trina@IggysAuction.com or calling/texting (715)305-2475*.

SHIPPING INVOICE PAYMENT PROCEDURE
After the auction has ended and you have become the successful winning bidder, all 1st time buyers who require shipping must confirm shipping address and credit card information by emailing Trina@IggysAuction.com or calling/texting (715)305-2475*. If you have won items from us before there is no need to verify. Payment for any invoice that are greater than $1,000 may be required to be paid by mailing a cashier's check or pay by wire transfer unless you have a Good Buyer Payment History. We will contact you if payment needs to be done differently.
For verified 1st time buyers and repeat buyers, we will proceed as follows�. We will use the credit card that you registered with to make payment for the total invoice amount on the 2nd day following the auction close. After payment has been received, we will then package your items and charge your credit card a second time for the total cost of shipping and ship to the address on file. Once we have a tracking # for you, we will email you that along with a paid receipt.
*For any 1st time buyers that do not confirm their shipping information by the 4th DAY after the AUCTION ENDS, you agree to have the credit card that you registered with charged for the total of your invoice and have your item(s) shipped to the address on file. However, if the Billing and Account names and/or addresses on file are not the same, we will not process payment until we have acceptable verification. We will reach out to you via email and/or by phone if we have any questions or problems with payment.

DEFAULT OF PAYMENT
If your credit card is declined, we have not received acceptable verification of billing and account information and you have not made payment by the 4th day after the auction closes, your bidding privileges will be suspended until full payment is made.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU HAVE WON ITEMS AT AUCTION
IN-STATE BUYER'S & CUSTOMERS PICKING UP: Schedule your appointment to Pick Up online at IggysAuction.com. Payment can be made at the time of pick up in the form of cash, check or credit card. After the entire auction has ended you will receive 2 emails. The 1st email will be an invite for you to sign up for a pick-up time. Within a few hours after the auction has ended you will receive the 2nd email that will have information on picking up, a link to Sign up for Pick Up and attached to that email will also be your invoice. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR INVOICE BY THE NEXT DAY. OUT-OF-STATE BUYER'S: Within a few hours after the entire auction has ended out-of-state buyer's will receive an email about our shipping procedure and what to expect. Any individual found tampering with items on this auction will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Buyer will indemnify and hold Iggy's Auction House, LLC (and our affiliates and subsidiaries, and our and their respective officers, members, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement, your improper use of Iggy's Auction House, LLC services or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party. You agree that the laws of the State of Wisconsin will govern the terms and conditions between you and Iggy's Auction House, LLC, except as otherwise stated in the terms and conditions.
If any provision of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
