Lots will be bid on individually and then as the total lots combined. Whichever bid is highest is how the contents will be sold. Lot #1- contents of the garage, Lot #2 – contents of lower level, Lot #3 – contents of upper level, Lot #4 – contents of shed and backyard. AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: You must sign a waiver in order to enter the house and/or bid. The house does have some mold in it and you will be entering at your own risk. We recommend you take precautions when entering. Successful bidders/bidder has 3 days from 9am to 3pm beginning Friday June 27, 2025 to remove items from the property ONLY.
