Sale Terms: – All items will be priced for “cash & carry”. This is not an auction. We accept Cash, Venmo & PayPal. We also accept credit cards for purchases over $20. A 5% fee will be applied to CC. -Absolutely NO PRESALES. Doors open at 7:00 AM on SALE DAY. -You May Line Up: Front Door – We encourage you to arrive early. An entry line forms. We limit the number of buyers in the building for the buyers' safety. If a line forms, we appreciate your patience. PLEASE NO SPACE HOLDING IN LINE. Line holding will result in being asked to move to the back of the line. -Absolutely NO HOLDS -We DO NOT disclose pricing before sale. -Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve will have a larger price tag taped to them. We are happy to assist you with large items. We encourage you to bring your SOLD TAGS for LARGE ITEMS -SOLD Area: A holding area will be designated for SOLD items. If you place your items on the sold table or instruct someone to place your items on the sold table, you are obligated to purchase those items.
